    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page two, line four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the following: “with the following amendment:

    On page two, subdivision 5.3, by striking out the words “the closest” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “an”.
